Photo of the week – peacock in Laguna La Maria, Colima, Mexico

During my road trip through the state of Colima, Mexico, I visited the lake Laguna La Maria as well and at the entrance there were three peacocks, one of them trying to get the attention of the female showing off his absolutely stunning colours.

It reminded me of my childhood when I used to observe many peacocks in the ZOOs and was amazed by their beauty.
